I'd like to share my experiences with others regarding the Zone Out massage with Janine Costello, LMT. As a physical therapist assistant for 20 years, licensed massage therapist for 17 years I feel it's vital to optimize our health the best we can. I regularly receive massage therapy because I know the benefits. I've had many massages over the years but didn't know what I was missing until I had a Zone Out massage from Janine.
